This Candidate Privacy Notice explains how Envision Facilities Management and Services Company ("Envision FM", "we", "our", or "us") collects, processes, and safeguards the personal data of individuals who apply for employment or internship opportunities through our careers portal (https://envisionfm.com/careers/) or via direct communication with our Talent Acquisition team.
We handle candidate data strictly in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and principles of transparency, fairness, and data minimization.
2. What Candidate Data We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to assess your suitability for professional roles within Envision FM:
- Personal Identifiers: Full legal name, official contact telephone/mobile number, and professional email address.
- Geographic Location: Current city of residence within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (detailed residential home addresses are not collected or required during the preliminary application stage).
- Professional Credentials: Educational background, certifications, technical accreditations (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, PMP, HVAC/MEP certifications), employment history, and curriculum vitae (CV/Resume).
- Employment Availability: Notice period, current availability, and expected professional role/department.
- Digital Professional Profiles: Public career URLs (such as your LinkedIn profile) if voluntarily provided.
3. How and Why We Process Your Data
Candidate data is processed exclusively for recruitment and talent evaluation purposes, including:
- Reviewing technical competencies, engineering experience, and operational skills against open vacancies.
- Scheduling recruitment interviews, technical evaluations, and operational assessments.
- Conducting background checks and credential verification where required by corporate governance or client-site security regulations prior to formal employment offers.
- Maintaining a talent pipeline to contact qualified applicants for future opportunities aligned with their experience.
4. Access Restrictions and Confidentiality
Candidate profiles and CVs are never shared with external commercial brokers or third-party marketing entities.
Access to candidate records is strictly confined to the Human Resources department, the Talent Acquisition team, and the relevant departmental hiring managers (e.g., Operations, Engineering, or Soft Services Directors) on a confidential, need-to-know basis.
5. Retention Period
If your application leads to employment with Envision FM, your records will be transferred to your official employee personnel file and governed by employee data policies.
If your application is not selected for an immediate opening, we will securely retain your resume and profile in our talent pool for up to 12 months to consider you for future opportunities matching your background, after which the data is safely purged or renewed upon your consent.
6. Your Rights as a Candidate
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you have the right to:
- Access: Inquire about the personal information we hold concerning your job application.
- Rectification: Request corrections or updates to your contact details or qualifications.
- Withdraw Consent / Erasure: Request the deletion of your resume from our active recruitment database at any time prior to an employment contract.
